MID-FEBRUARY OPENING SLATED IN KIERLAND VILLAGE



Scottsdale, AZ Humble Pie, the cozy places to dine in Scottsdale at Hilton Village, in Desert Ridge (off Tatum and the 101), in central Phoenix on 7th street - so of Thomas is opening a fourth location in Kierland Village. This news comes on the heels of Humble Pie's fourth anniversary celebration.

Humble Pie in Kierland Village will be the largest in their family of restaurants. Offering the same comfortable and social environment with 110 seats in the main dining area, including the bar, a display kitchen featuring a signature wood-fired pizza oven and a 40-seat patio.

The popular menu which features a medley of savory starters, delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients, sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and desserts is complemented by an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails. The polished, yet unpretentious environment and high-quality dishes continue to earn Humble Pie its reputation as a neighborhood favorite.

Hours will be 11 am to 10 pm Monday through Saturday, 9 pm on Sunday. Guests may dine in or take-out. Reservations are welcome.

 

The new Humble Pie will be located at 6501 East Greenway Pkwy in Scottsdale. The cross streets are Greenway Pkwy and 64th. This location previously housed Market Bistro.

Humble Pie is locally owned and operated by Tom Kaufman, Patrick King, Rich Sullivan, David Dabruzzi, Tim Valencia and Tony Eden.

HUMBLE PIE - PIZZA . WINE . SPIRITS TO OPEN IN CENTRAL PHOENIX

Phoenix, AZ – Humble Pie, the cozy places to dine in Scottsdale at Hilton Village and in north Phoenix (off Tatum and the 101) is opening a third location on 7th street next week.


The popular menu which features a medley of savory starters, delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients, sandwiches, salads and desserts is complemented by an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails. The polished, yet unpretentious environment and high-quality dishes continue to earn Humble Pie its reputation as a neighborhood favorite.


Humble Pie on 7th will offer the same comfortable and social environment with 58 seats in the main dining area, including the horseshoe bar in the front, an exposed wood-fired pizza oven in the center of the restaurant and a 40-seat patio on the north side of the building. The bar has a variety of craft beers (both on draft and in bottles), premium spirits, and a hand picked collection of world-class wine.


Hours will be 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Guests may dine in or take-out. Reservations are welcome.

PINK, WINE AND PIZZA TO BENEFIT SUSAN G. KOMEN



Humble Pie, 5th and Wine and The Living Room team up during the month of October

Scottsdale, AZ -- Humble Pie, the cozy neighborhood places to dine at Hilton Village and Desert Ridge, 5th and Wine in "Old-Town" Scottsdale, The Living Room in Chandler and soon to be in central Phoenix are taking the month of October very seriously. The three restaurants have set out to raise money and awareness for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation during the month of October. The group has formed a team to walk in the October 10th, Susan G. Komen th "Race for the Cure" in downtown Phoenix. Restaurant employees, their family and friends, and patrons will walk together. The group of restaurants are registered under the name THE HUMBLE PIE FAMILY.

This is a personal issue for Tim Valencia, owner operator of Humble Pie, who lost his own mother to breast cancer. Tim has organized the team to walk and has rallied support from servers and management to participate by raising money during the walk and in the restaurants. The servers in all five restaurants will be sporting the same pink and white t-shirts. Customers may purchase the t-shirt for $15, and $10 will go directly to charity.
